At Shakti & Me, every order is prepared with care and intention. All our products are handmade, so we ask for your understanding regarding shipping times. We want to ensure that everything reaches you in the best possible condition.

 

Processing and Shipping Times

- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

- For customizable or made-to-order products, the processing time may extend up to 10 business days. The customer will always be informed of any additional time required.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays.

 

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via CTT registered mail, ensuring greater security and traceability.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

Shipping Costs

Currently, shipping is available only within Mainland Portugal.

The shipping cost is €5 (flat rate per order), sent via registered mail.

At this time, we do not ship to the Azores or Madeira Islands.

Shakti & Me products are handmade and formulated with natural oils and essential oils, whose quality can be affected by variations in temperature, humidity, and prolonged transport times.

Because we cannot guarantee optimal storage conditions during the extended delivery period to the islands, we have chosen not to ship to these regions in order to preserve the quality, purity, and effectiveness of each product.

The shipping cost is displayed before finalizing your purchase.

During certain promotions or when reaching a minimum purchase amount, free shipping may be offered — always clearly indicated on the website.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure the address provided is correct and complete.

Shakti & Me is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Lost Products

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at martaoliveiravetnurse@gmail.com, including photos and your order number.

We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

 

International Shipping

At the moment, Shakti & Me ships only to Mainland Portugal.

If you would like an international delivery, please contact us so we can assess the possibility.
