Return and Refund Policy — Shakti & Me
At Shakti & Me, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All our products are made with care, using natural ingredients and artisanal processes. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, please find our return and refund conditions below.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014).
To request a return, please contact us at martaoliveiravetnurse@gmail.com, providing the following information:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
Once confirmed, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
Products Excluded from Return
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, including sprays, roll-ons, and balms, unless they are defective upon arrival.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of 10 business days after approval.
If the returned product does not meet the above conditions (e.g., opened packaging, signs of use, or damage), the refund will not be approved.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery by sending photos and your order number to martaoliveiravetnurse@gmail.com.
We will replace the product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
